About the role:

We are seeking a visionary Product Designer with deep expertise in platform UI and system-level design to shape the foundation of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to translate complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and elegant digital experiences. You’ll lead design direction for our core product, collaborating with product, engineering, and domain experts to reimagine how architecture and engineering professionals work in the digital era.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end design vision for our platform UI, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability across the product.

• Lead design from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes.

• Transform complex architectural and engineering workflows into streamlined digital experiences.

• Build and evolve design systems, interaction models, and component libraries that scale with product growth.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user journeys, requirements, and platform capabilities.

• Lead discussions around interaction design, system architecture, and design direction.

• Champion usability, accessibility, and performance — ensuring interfaces are as ergonomic as they are beautiful.

• Conduct user research with architects, engineers, and builders to validate workflows and optimize usability.

• Contribute to product strategy, influencing both design logic and product direction.

• Mentor designers, guiding them toward excellence in visual and interaction design.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years designing complex platforms or SaaS products.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of platform UI and product design craft, ideally for design or technical tools.

• Deep understanding of interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture.

• Passion for building tools for creators — interfaces that balance power, precision, and simplicity.

• Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.

• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and align teams around a shared design vision.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.

• Familiarity with architectural or engineering software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, CAD, BIM) is a strong plus.

• Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously learn and refine your craft.
