About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Executive to help scale Spacial’s adoption across the AEC ecosystem. You’ll be one of the first go-to-market hires, working directly with our founding team to shape how we engage the market, win customers, and grow revenue. What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of architects, engineers, builders, and developers

  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and inbound leads

  • Deliver persuasive product demos that clearly communicate Spacial’s value and ROI

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas

  • Negotiate and finalize deals that drive customer success and long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and customer feedback loops

  • Represent Spacial at industry events, conferences, and key networking opportunities to build market presence

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, proptech, or AEC-focused technology

  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage pipelines, and close deals

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a bias toward action

  • Experience with HubSpot for managing deals and forecasting

  • Bonus: A passion for architecture, engineering, or construction innovation
