About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Executive to help scale Spacial’s adoption across the AEC ecosystem. You’ll be one of the first go-to-market hires, working directly with our founding team to shape how we engage the market, win customers, and grow revenue. What You'll Do
Build and manage a robust pipeline of architects, engineers, builders, and developers
Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
Deliver persuasive product demos that clearly communicate Spacial’s value and ROI
Drive the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
Negotiate and finalize deals that drive customer success and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and customer feedback loops
Represent Spacial at industry events, conferences, and key networking opportunities to build market presence
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, proptech, or AEC-focused technology
Proven ability to build relationships, manage pipelines, and close deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-starter with a growth mindset and a bias toward action
Experience with HubSpot for managing deals and forecasting
