Maor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Spacial. From launching his first construction venture in 2006 to founding Spacial in 2024, Maor has spent nearly two decades turning industry inefficiencies into scalable companies. With 19+ years of hands-on experience across architecture, real estate, and construction, Maor brings a unique blend of field knowledge and product vision to the future of design automation.

Maor has founded multiple award-winning ventures, including Greenberg Construction, Greenberg Design Gallery, and VRchitects, where he led large teams and delivered thousands of residential and commercial projects. This hands-on experience across building code, permitting, material procurement, and architectural detailing gave him an unmatched understanding of where the industry breaks down and exactly what it would take to fix it. That insight is the foundation of Spacial's mission: to automate and accelerate permit-ready design workflows across the AEC industry.

Ami Avrahami

Co-Founder & CPO

Ami is the CPO and Co-Founder of Spacial, an innovative entrepreneur and product leader with a strong track record in founding and scaling cutting-edge technology companies. He co-founded Metacafe in 2003, Veev in 2008, Reali in 2015, and most recently, Spacial in 2024.

With deep expertise in AI and machine learning, Ami has consistently driven product innovation that transforms traditional industries such construction, real estate, and media. Known for leading both product development and operational scale, he brings a rare blend of strategic vision and technical depth.

Ami's foundation in technology was shaped in Israel's elite computer science intelligence unit. He has successfully guided startups from early-stage inception to unicorn status, including multiple exits through acquisition.
