Seeing Spacial on the Nasdaq tower was a moment. It capped a week where we were named to the AI Disruptors 60, presented by Greenfield Partners and published on TechCrunch alongside builders we respect.

  • See the list here on TechCrunch's website.

Why this matters

The Disruptors 60 is highly selective. This year’s group was chosen from nearly a thousand applicants across infrastructure and applied AI. The signal is simple. The market is moving past demos into systems that work in production. That is the standard we build to every day.

What got us here

Spacial is your one partner for engineering. We bring structural, MEP, and energy into a single coordinated flow. Our software builds object based models from drawings, runs AI checks against local code, and flags conflicts early. Our licensed engineers review every set and stamp it. The outcome is coordinated, permit ready plans in days, fewer plan check cycles, and fewer field surprises.

How it shows up in the work
  • Structural

Glulam and steel only where they add value, balanced shear walls, clean diaphragms, and details that protect head height and sight lines.

  • Mechanical

Manual J for loads, Manual S for equipment, Manual D for ducts. Precise 3D routing that keeps ceilings clean and noise low. Heat pump first when it fits the program.

  • Electrical

Service sized with headroom for EV and storage, clear panel schedules, zones that simplify installation and inspection, and lighting that respects the interior design.

  • Plumbing

Stable pressure at peak demand, efficient hot water recirculation, clean venting, and risers that install without guesswork.

  • Energy

Performance models that meet the target without unnecessary design changes. Includes Title 24 for California and energy code support in Texas, Florida, and New York.

Why we stood out
  • Coordination by default. Structural, MEP, and energy decisions live in one loop, not three handoffs.

  • AI where it counts. Code checks and clash spotting that reduce back and forth with reviewers and shorten resubmittals.

  • Human judgment in the loop. Licensed engineers validate the work and stamp every set.

  • Designed for permits. Drawings that read fast, support inspection, and keep the design intact.

What’s next

We will keep shipping the engineering stack the industry can run on. That means broader code coverage, tighter model checks, and the same standard we hold today. AI to assist, engineers to sign.
