Why the timeline ranges

Day 1 onboarding and scope lock

We confirm scope, site constraints, and AHJ requirements. You share the current set. We set points of contact and schedule the working sessions so decisions can move without delays.

Day 2 AI generation

Our structural and MEP AI agents parse the set into object based models, size spans and reactions, calculate loads with Manual J and S, propose equipment, surface routing that protects ceiling height and keeps noise low, coordinate with the energy model to meet targets, and assemble draft sheets and schedules aligned to the jurisdiction checklist.

Days 3 to 6 reviews and coordination

Licensed structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers review the AI outputs together with our energy team. We meet with the architect and client to confirm choices, resolve any tradeoffs across structure, ducts, risers, lighting, and envelope, and capture decisions. Fast decisions here pull the schedule toward the 7 day mark.

Days 7 to 10 finalization and stamps

Engineers finalize details and cross references so submittals match AHJ expectations. Discipline leads complete targeted corrections and stamp the set. Energy documentation is finalized to match the package. Simple projects with quick approvals land near day 7. More complex coordination finishes by day 10.
