How we deliver permit ready plans in about 10 days
Speed without clarity creates rework. Clarity without speed stalls projects. Our approach balances both. Many projects reach permit ready in about 10 days. Scope and revisions can add time but the cadence below is the target we hold.
Day 0 intake
We lock scope site constraints and AHJ requirements. You share the drawing set. We set clear points of contact for quick decisions.
Days 1 to 3 modeling and loads
Object based parsing informs spans loads and envelope. We calculate mechanical loads with Manual J and S. Early routing options are reviewed to protect ceilings and acoustic comfort.
Days 3 to 5 coordination
Structure and systems are resolved together. Conflict checks run. The energy model is tuned to meet targets without changing the design where possible.
Days 6 to 7 city ready set
Sheets and schedules are assembled to match the jurisdiction checklist. Details are clear. Notes anticipate common reviewer asks.
Days 8 to 9 quality review
AI checks code for the specific jurisdiction. Licensed engineers review discipline specific work and stamp the set.
Day 10 final package
Files are organized and ready to upload. If corrections arrive later we send line referenced updates that reviewers can verify quickly.
Fast is fragile when teams work in sequence. Fast is reliable when coordination and validation happen before the upload. That is how the 10 day target holds.
