Our commitment
Spacial AI, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use spacial.io, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation, captions, or reduced-motion settings. We design and test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance, California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, and EN 301 549 under the European Accessibility Act.
Conformance status
The marketing pages, articles, and forms on this website partially conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conforms means that most content meets the standard, and the known exceptions are listed below. We are working to remove them.
What we do
Every page has a skip link, consistent navigation, labelled landmarks, a logical heading structure, and visible keyboard focus.
Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Text and interface controls meet WCAG contrast minimums, and touch targets meet the 24 by 24 pixel minimum.
Narrated films include open (burned-in) captions. Animations respect your device’s reduced-motion setting, and looping animations have a pause control.
Form fields have visible labels, required fields are identified, and errors are announced.
We test with automated tools (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) at desktop and mobile widths, and with keyboard-only navigation.
Known limitations
Interactive drawing and map tools. The free planning tools include canvas, map and 3D views (for example, drawing rooms in Electrical Layout, the map in Site Analysis, and 3D model views). Their results, inputs and property fields are available as text and form controls, but some direct drawing and map gestures do not yet have full keyboard or screen-reader equivalents.
Transcripts and audio description. Our narrated films have open captions but do not yet have separate text transcripts or audio description. Contact us and we will send a transcript.
Archived articles. Some older Blueprint articles contain images of charts or documents with brief descriptions. Contact us for a full text version.
Third-party content. Linked websites, embedded podcasts, and map data from third parties are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
