Getting started
Who is Spacial for?
Spacial builds engineering software and services for architects and builders, connecting design work with engineering and construction documents.
How can I see the platform?
Book a demo to walk through a workflow with the Spacial team. You can review drawings and the building model, structure and MEP, coordination findings, and quantities.
Where do I ask about a project or engineering support?
Use the contact page to reach the team about engineering support, the platform, partnerships, or press. For licensed engineering, the contact page also links to Spacial Services.
Platform
What is the Spacial platform?
It brings architecture, structure, MEP, and documents into one connected building workflow, so teams can review decisions in the context of the whole building.
Can a team start from 2D drawings?
Yes. Spacial turns 2D architectural drawings into a structured building model that the disciplines can work from.
How does the platform help with coordination?
Teams can inspect systems beside the building model and trace a finding, such as a duct meeting structural framing, back to the related elements.
Engineering
Does Spacial replace licensed engineering review?
No. For engineering packages, licensed engineers review and stamp the work. Professional accountability stays with the engineer of record.
Which building systems are connected?
The platform connects architecture and structure with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, keeping their relationships visible in one model.
Can the model support drawing sheets?
Yes. The platform presents drawing sheets and a tagged detail library within the project workspace, with markup and dimensions at drawing scale.
Free beta tools
What are the free tools for?
They let you explore focused planning questions with your own inputs, then bring the results into your next team review.
Which tools can I try?
The tools page lists electrical layout, site analysis, panel planner, beam calculator, lighting simulator, energy and electricity, and solar and storage.
Are the free tools in beta?
Yes. The tools page labels them beta and asks users to test them with their own project inputs. They are for preliminary planning; licensed engineering is available through Spacial Services.
