We choose participants who can commit to giving us honest, detailed feedback. Here’s what that involves:

One hour each, held over video and scheduled around your project.

About 15 minutes at the end of your project.

How much does the beta cost?
Beta pricing and any incentive will be confirmed before participation.
Who stamps the plans?
Licensed structural engineers at Spacial review every set and stamp it for permit submission.
What projects qualify?
Wood-frame residential projects including new single-family homes, additions, ADUs, multifamily, townhomes, and duplexes. Projects with steel, concrete, or masonry as the primary structure aren’t part of this beta.
Why aren’t Illinois and Hawaii included?
Our structural engineers are licensed in 48 states. Illinois and Hawaii aren’t among them yet.
For California projects, does the beta include MEP and energy?
This beta focuses on structural engineering, but MEP and energy can be added.
What if my project schedule changes?
Let us know as soon as it does. If your structural start moves outside the 8-week window, we’ll work with you to find a later spot.
How is my project information handled?
Your drawings and project details are kept confidential and used to deliver your project under the beta terms.
Can I submit more than one project?
Yes.
When does the beta start?
The beta starts on November 15 and runs for two months. We review applications on a rolling basis.
