The problem is a fragmented system
Looking ahead
What we're building
Spacial is the engineering co-pilot for architects. Our platform uses AI to automate the creation of fully coordinated, code-compliant structural and MEP plans. By integrating our deep expertise as builders from the very first step, we catch the conflicts that traditional processes only find on the job site.
What's next
This funding allows us to accelerate our mission, expand our market presence, and continue to grow our team of industry-leading experts. We are investing heavily in our platform to automate more of the workflow and give architects superpowers. We're not just building a tool; we're building a community for architects and builders who believe in a better way to build.

"The most exciting companies of the next decade will be those who are able to combine the best AI has to offer with the best that human labor has to offer. Spacial's platform rides that trend and enables quicker turnaround times and a more efficient distribution of labor, something that will transform the already massive construction industry."
